- Once production or printing begins, cancellation may not be possible
2. Customized Orders
All customized or personalized products are:
- Final and non-cancellable
- Cannot be modified or refunded once order is placed
3. Non-Customized Orders
For standard (non-customized) products:
- Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
