We do not accept returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Minor color differences due to screen vs print variation
  • Delay caused by courier services beyond our control
  • Discounted / clearance sale items

Each custom product is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.


2. 24โ€“48 Hour Claim Window

To report any issue, you must contact us within:

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

To raise a valid claim, a proper unboxing video is required.

Video Guidelines

Your video must:

  • Be continuous (no cuts or edits)
  • Show the sealed package clearly
  • Display the shipping label
  • Capture the full unboxing process
  • Clearly show the issue (damage / wrong item)

4. Eligible Cases for Replacement / Refund

We accept claims only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing product in package

5. Replacement Policy (Primary Resolution)

If your claim is approved:

  • A free replacement will be shipped
  • No additional shipping cost will be charged

We prioritize replacement to ensure you receive the product you ordered.


6. Refund Policy (Secondary Option)

Refunds are issued only if:

  • Replacement is unavailable
  • Product is out of stock
  • Issue cannot be resolved

Refund Processing Time

  • Initiated within 3โ€“5 business days
  • Credited within 5โ€“7 business days to original payment method

7. Return to Origin (RTO) Cases

If your order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Order refused

Refund in RTO Cases

  • Shipping charges (both ways) will be deducted
  • A small handling fee (3โ€“5%) may apply
  • Remaining amount will be refunded

Re-Delivery Option

  • Reshipping available with a โ‚น75โ€“โ‚น120 fee
  • Order will be shipped again after payment

8. Damaged Package at Delivery

If your package appears:

  • Torn
  • Wet
  • Crushed
