Standard Products (Non-Custom Orders)
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order, OR
- Before dispatch, whichever happens first
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the order will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Customized / Personalized Products
All custom-made products are created specifically for you.
- โ Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed
- โ No changes can be made after order placement
- โ Not eligible for refunds
Production begins shortly after order confirmation to ensure fast delivery.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver to most locations across India.
- International shipping may be available on request
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are to be paid by the customer
Order Processing Timeline
- Standard Products: 1โ2 business days
- Custom Orders: 2โ4 business days
Each product goes through:
- Printing
- Quality inspection
- Safe packaging
Estimated Delivery Timeline
After dispatch:

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be available on prepaid orders
- COD orders may include a small convenience fee

3. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)
An order will be returned to us (RTO) if:
- Address provided is incorrect or incomplete
- Customer is unreachable
- Delivery attempts fail multiple times
RTO Refund Policy
If an RTO order is canceled:
- Shipping and handling charges will be deducted
- Payment gateway fees may also be deducted
- Remaining balance will be refunded
Re-delivery Option
If you want the order to be shipped again:
- A reshipping fee (โน100โโน150) may apply
- Order will be re-dispatched after payment confirmation
4. Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items
On Delivery Check
If the package appears:
- Opened
- Torn
- Damaged
๐ Do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
To claim any issue, you must provide:
- A clear, continuous unboxing video
- Starting from sealed packaging
- Showing product condition clearly
Reporting Timeframe
All issues must be reported within:

- Order ID
- Issue details
- Photo/video proof
Claim Conditions
We will not be able to process claims if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- The complaint is raised after the allowed time
- Product shows signs of use or damage after delivery
