We operate on a print-on-demand model.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Processing time may vary depending on:
    • Design complexity
    • Order volume
    • Customization requests

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Available shipping options will be shown at checkout
  • Delivery partners may vary based on your location

4. Estimated Shipping Time

  • Express Shipping (Prepaid Orders – India): 3 to 5 business days
  • Standard Shipping (COD Orders – India): 5 to 7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout

7. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volume

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries
  • Lost shipments

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order details and images (if damaged)

We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.


10. Important Note on Damaged Packages

If the package appears visibly damaged at delivery:

  • Do not accept the parcel
  • Inform us immediately

Accepted damaged packages may not be eligible for replacement or refund.



❌ Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing the order
  • Once production or printing begins, cancellation may not be possible

2. Customized Orders

All customized or personalized products are:

  • Final and non-cancellable
  • Cannot be modified or refunded once order is placed

3. Non-Customized Orders

For standard (non-customized) products:

  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

After shipment, the order will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
